Today I am writing about an issue which happens when users logon to Citrix receiver or login through the Storefront website in an Xenapp 7.15 CU1 environment . The screen will go completely black or it will start to flicker . This issue will generally happen when the user is using more than a single monitor .It is related to DPI scaling settings on your computer (particularly if you have multiple monitors). Please try the steps below to resolve the problem:
Please note: These are manual steps required to fix the issue. In receiver versions greater than 4.11 you can use a GPO to disable DPI settings on receiver .
